Why we RE-TREAT!

I have had the great joy and pleasure of leading retreats all over the world for more than 20 years now. And how beautiful and evolved they have become. Inviting each individual into a new culture, space and time to learn and grow from one another!

A retreat is an invitation to step out of the current of everyday life and into a slower, quieter rhythm. It is a time to rest, to listen, and to rediscover the simple joy of being fully present.

As the days unfold together, we create a field of ease, openness, and genuine connection. There is time for shared practice and heartfelt conversation, for silence and laughter, for stillness and solitude. Held by the beauty of the natural world and the support of community, we begin to soften. The mind settles, the body remembers its innate wisdom, and life reveals itself with greater clarity, simplicity, and tenderness.

More and more, I experience these retreats as living expressions of community. They are not simply gatherings or places to learn; they are vessels that gently hold us as we reconnect with ourselves and with one another. Something quiet yet profound becomes possible when we slow down together. It is a privilege to share this space and this time with each person who comes.

Throughout our retreat, you will be gently guided in cultivating a steady and nourishing rhythm of practice. Through mindfulness, meditation, silence, yoga, and somatic movement, we return to the intelligence of the body and to the quiet ground of awareness that has always been here—beneath the noise, beneath the striving, patiently waiting.

There is nothing to achieve and no one to become. The invitation is simply to arrive as you are. To rest deeply. To breathe. To listen. To trust the quiet unfolding of your own experience.

We are living in a time that asks much of us. It is easy to become scattered, discouraged, or overwhelmed by the pace and uncertainty of the world. Yet even in the midst of it all, another way is possible.

When we gather in presence, we remember that we belong to something larger than ourselves. We rediscover the quiet strength of an open heart, the wisdom that emerges in stillness, and the resilience that grows through genuine connection. Together, we practice meeting life just as it is—with courage, compassion, and a willingness to remain awake to both its beauty and its sorrow.

May this retreat be a place of refuge, renewal, and quiet remembrance—a place where the heart can settle, the spirit can breathe, and we rediscover the simple truth that we have never been separate from the life that has always held us.
